Arete Lacrosse is excited to offer our foundational clinic series that focuses on introducing proper mechanics to young athletes. Our 6 week series will focus on core skills like passing/catching, shooting, and dodging. Our curriculum is centered around de-compartmentalizing movements and building into the "whole movement." The major reason we do this, is to remove bad habits, remove excess motion, and to introduce simple movements young players understand.

After each week, parents will be provided drills for players to work on at the field or at home. During our final session, we will evaluate our participants and their progression through the series. It's important to show the progress of the players and leaving our clinic series with a strong understanding of what they need to focus on moving forward.

Each session will carry a max of 10 players. If you have any questions about our upcoming clinics, email Cory Childs at cory@arete-sport.com
